Does justia.com block AI crawlers?
No. As of October 19, 2026, justia.com's robots.txt allows all 17 AI crawlers we check everywhere. None of them is named in the file: they all follow its rules for every crawler (User-agent: *).
It has no llms.txt (HTTP 404). The homepage answered HTTP 403 to ContextFetchBot, so there was nothing to measure.

From https://www.justia.com/robots.txt (68 bytes, 1 user-agent groups), parsed per RFC 9309. Blocked: no path allowed. Partly blocked: some paths disallowed. The rule counts are those of the groups that apply.
